Returns & Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receiving A Refund
Refund is only accepted if the product is defective or the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For orders which are paid for through an online payment method , we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the bank of your payment method within 15 working days. Working days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays.
Cancellations
In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, then you’re required to inform Rozan Perfumes through email or Whatsapp about your cancellation within 24 hours from the time of the order being placed.
Please note*, we are unable to combine orders, change the items, add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
Incomplete Orders
If in any case we have sent you an incomplete order or products less than you have ordered, kindly email on info@rozanperfumes.com or contact us from any of our channels within 2 days of receiving the order. Any requests for claims after 2 days of receiving the products will be subject to approval only.
